FAQ:
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer FREE shipping for orders above $50 in the US. For orders below under $50, shipping is just $3 within the US! We also offer priority shipping and international shipping, for a minimal fee (view at checkout). Shipping to Canada is just $8.95 for orders above $95 (for orders below that it’s $14.99).
We are not responsible for any missing packages once the tracking shows has been delivered.
What if there's a sale after I purchase jewelry?
We offer price adjustments for items purchased within 3 days prior to the item's price drop, when the item is still in stock. Just send us an email and we can refund the difference! NOTE: If the item is sold out or there is coupon code above 20% off, we can not adjust price.
What is your return policy?
Most unworn jewelry can be returned within 10 days of purchase for full refund or exchange (with the exception of sale items that cost below $14.) ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE A HOLIDAY have a 5 day return window - if items get shipped back after that 5 days of receiving the item, the customer will receive store credit ONLY. Items purchased with a coupon for 20% off or above can only receive store credit when returned. Please reach out to us to process a return by sending an email to sales@thesterlingsociety.com. We will issue you a pre-paid return label and deduct the $5 return label cost from your refund. If you received free shipping with your order and return all the items in your order, there will be an additional $3 charge deducted from your return. If your tracking states that you mailed the return after the 10 day return window, we can not issue any refund or credit at that point.
If there are any manufacturing defects with the jewelry, please let us know within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
GIFT CARDS
Do gift cards expire?
Purchased gift card have a 5 year expiration date. Free Gift Cards that were awarded as part of a promotion will have a shorter expiration date that will be stated at the time of being issued. After expiration has expired there will be a $2.95 reactivation fee for up to 24 months to reactivate any unused balance.
