What is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE with any order above $40 in the US and takes 3-6 days. Orders under $40 will have shipping options starting at just $2.99. We also offer priority shipping and international shipping.

What if there's a sale after I purchase jewelry?
We offer price adjustments for items purchased within 3 days prior to the item's price drop. Just send us an email and we can refund the difference!

What is your return policy?
Most unworn jewelry can be returned within 10 days of purchase for full refund or exchange (with the exception of children's earrings, for sanitary reasons, and Clearance items that cost below $12.) Please reach out to us to process a return by sending an email to sales@thesterlingsociety.com. 

If there are any issues with the jewelry please let us know within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
