How can I contact you?

Does your silver tarnish?
No. All of our silver is 925 Sterling Silver and is rhodium plated to prevent the jewelry from tarnishing. If worn excessively in water it may wear down the rhodium plating and therefore we do recommend not to wear anything except for pure 14Kt Gold in water.

Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes! All jewelry is shipped in beautiful gift boxes. Children’s bracelets are shipped in velvet gift bags.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all US States & Canada.

What are your shipping rates?
Free shipping in the US with any order over $40. ($2.99 shipping under $40). Shipping to Canada is $10 for any order.

What is your return policy?
Return of unworn jewelry in new condition is accepted within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Sale items and children’s earrings are final sale. To process a return, email us at sales@thesterlingsociety.com to receive a return authorization number.

Do you charge tax?
All orders shipped to NJ will be charged sales tax.

What if I find a better price somewhere else?
We guarantee to have the lowest prices, so please send us an email to sales@thesterlingsociety.com and we will be glad to match or beat another online retailer’s advertised price.
